Airport
Madison, Wisconsin is home to the Dane County Regional Airport which serves more than 100 daily flights. Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis St. Paul, Newark, New York, Orlando, and Washington, D.C. are the major non-stop destinations serviced from Madison. Commercial air carriers that offer service from the Dane County Regional Airport include Frontier, United Express, American Eagle, Delta and Continental Express. It is an approximate 15-20 minute taxi ride to campus from the airport.
Parking
Parking is very limited on campus and within the city. Housing’s residence halls do not have their own parking facilities. Arrangements for parking may be made by contacting your conference coordinator or the UW-Madison Transportation Services Office. Other parking options around campus may also be available. Buses
There are daytime Madison Metro Bus routes (buses 80) that stay within campus and are free to all riders. Several other bus routes run through campus to various local attractions and shopping. These routes do have a rider fee.

There are various road construction projects occurring around the campus area. There is also significant road construction in Madison and the surrounding areas. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation provides the latest update on Interstate/State Highway workzones around the state. Please allow extra travel time to safely reach your destination.
