Making a Reservation
To secure a residence hall room with University Housing, you must make full payment prior to the reservation deadline. Incomplete reservations (without payment) will be deleted after the reservation deadline. Should a room block fill prior to the reservation deadline, payment will need to be complete prior to the block filling in order to secure your reservation.
Iris Registration is our online registration program. In order to sign up for accommodations with University Housing, please create an Iris account or use an existing Iris account.

Editing a Reservation
If you would like to change dates for an existing reservation prior to the reservation deadline, you may do so by logging back in to the online reservation system. Edits may not be made online after the reservation deadline. If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Services office at 608-262-5576 or email@example.com.
Canceling a Reservation
To cancel an existing University Housing reservation entirely, please contact University Housing Conference Services Office in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds incur a minimum $35.00 processing fee for credit card processing and administrative costs prior to the cancellation deadline. All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
