Chef Nick has been working in Housing Dining for nine years and has been a chef for over 20! Chef Nick said, “I love the rush and dancing in the chaos of it all. I love being able to share what I create with everyone. I always want to make the food a memorable moment!” Italian Cuisine is a familiar favorite as Chef Nick studied food in Italy, “one of my earliest and most influential chefs I worked for was from Italy. She opened my eyes to how easy and beautiful food can be down to the simplest and freshest ingredients.”
