Come see University Housing Chef Kevin in action as he takes you through the wild fields and streams of our favorite state, Wisconsin.  Enjoy a delicious, multiple-course meal while Chef Kevin showcases techniques, shares stories about recipes, and makes it an evening to remember. This meal is a must for foodies and lovers of gourmet cuisine alike!

Get to know Chef Kevin:
“I have almost 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and January will mark my 15-year anniversary with University Housing Dining & Culinary Services. I became passionate about cooking in my teen years, growing up with the explosion of Food Network and the following of Anthony Bourdain. My first real job was working in a restaurant, and it is almost all I have ever known. I really enjoy working with passionate and unique individuals that come from every walk of life. Great food, great teammates, and great leaders early on led me to this career. My favorite part about cooking is that you never stop learning. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am extremely passionate about anything involving the great outdoors of my home state of Wisconsin. I take great pride in preparing foods that I have harvested and foraged myself. There is no greater feeling than knowing exactly where my food comes from. When you are teaching, you must be truly passionate about your subject to share a good story.”
