Community Yard Sale

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Community Yard Sale at the Brown Shelter on Saturday, June 13th, from 9 am–1 pm. Whether you’re moving out or want to de-clutter, our Community Yard Sale is the perfect opportunity. Selling your items is a breeze. There is no need for registration —just show up!
A staff member will be ready to assist with set-up by 8:45 am if it is needed. We will NOT provide tables, chairs, or supplies, so please remember to bring your own. Many residents find that a simple blanket is all they need to display their items.
As a seller, you’re in charge of your area. Please stay near your space throughout the event and make sure it’s clean and tidy when you leave. Shoppers can also just show up. It’s a good idea to bring some cash. While many people might use electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle, etc.), it’s not required.
