The DIY Self-Care Kit program allows students to build their own personalized wellness kits by choosing items such as tea, snacks, face masks, and stress-relief tools. The activity encourages students to pause, reflect, and prioritize their well-being while creating a small kit they can use during stressful moments throughout the semester. Students will also have the opportunity to write positive affirmation cards to include in their kits or share with others.
