Kuchipudi is a traditional dance from originated around 10th century in a small village called kuchelapuram ( which is a Sanskrit word meaning village of actors) in India. The dance is a part of bhakthi yoga, where in the body, mind and soul of the dancer’s are trained to achieve the final goal of receiving moksha (becoming one with the nature of over soul).

Learning the dance from helps to strengthen your body and at the same time increase the concentration of mind. It is also a different kind of meditation and yoga.

The classes are open for all age groups above 6 years with no gender restrictions. They commence on every Thursday 6 to 7 in the evening and Saturday 11 to 1 in the morning every month.
