Yes, dancing can be a fantastic form of mindfulness! The goal of these classes is to promote both physical and mental well-being while fostering social connections. Join us for a 60-minute group class! We’ll spend the first 25 minutes exercising to the rhythm of Latin music. In the remaining time, we’ll learn some dance steps based on that week’s featured rhythm, which may include salsa, bachata, merengue, and more. Feel free to bring your own music to share! All levels are welcome (beginners to intermediate). Just come dressed in whatever comfortable clothing you prefer, and bring something to hydrate yourself. The class will focus primarily on individual movements, but couple or group steps may be incorporated from time to time. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with other participants, so no partner is needed. Let’s exercise and enjoy the rhythm of Latin music while learning some exciting dance steps!
