Join us for an in-person relaxing stress relief event. We will relax while practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with activities like coloring, stretching, and deep breathing. Take a bit of the stress of finals off of your shoulders for the night and let your mind say “Ahhhhhhh!”
This event is in person, so space is limited. We will be accepting participants by sign-up only.
