Live on Campus. Succeed on Campus.
The Division of University Housing's 2004-20 Construction & Renovation Master Plan will allow UW-Madison to guarantee housing for all freshmen and meet the needs of tomorrow's students past 2020. Already the plan has constructed four new residence halls (Leopold, Dejope, Ogg, and Smith), renovated seven existing buildings (Adams, Barnard, Carson Gulley Center, Chadbourne, Frank Holt Center, Merit, and Tripp), built two new dining facilities (Gordon Avenue Market in the Gordon Dining & Event Center and Four Lakes Market in Dejope Residence Hall) and renovated existing dining venues (Rheta's Market in Chadbourne Residence Hall, Carson's Market in Carson Gulley Center, and The Bean & Creamery in Frank Holt Center). In the next six years, University Housing will renovate an additional eight residence halls and dining venues to update infrastructure and improve amenities in many existing historic facilities.
