Kaitlyn (she/hers) is our Residence Life Coordinator in the Phillips/Dejope community. Since she started with us in 2021, she has worked with the Open House learning community.
Originally from Cincinnati, Kaitlyn completed her BS in Organizational Development & Communication from Ball State University and her MA in Higher Education Student Affairs from Western Michigan University, where she was an Assistant Residence Hall Director. Prior to moving to Madison, Kaitlyn was a Residence Hall Director at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys hiking, running, kayaking, working on puzzles, baking, and traveling.
