Ashlee (she/her/hers) has worked with Residence Life since 2021 and currently serves as our Student Engagement Coordinator.  She is responsible for large-scale programming and student involvement initiatives in Residence Life, such as Wisconsin Late Night and Wisconsin Weekdays. She is the co-chair of our Residence Hall Advisory Board (RHAB) and a member of the Recognition committee. She is committed to using a Holistic Leadership approach with an emphasis on integrated self-care as a student supervisor and colleague – ask her more about her philosophy if you want to learn more!

Ashlee completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work and Psychology from Valparaiso University (located in her hometown of Valparaiso, Indiana) before moving to Madison to pursue her Master’s in School Social work at UW Madison. Throughout undergrad and grad school, she worked in residence life in various assistance positions. Ashlee has also worked as a K-8 School Social Worker in the Mount Horeb Area School District. 

In her free time, Ashlee enjoys completing DIY projects, going hiking, camping, and kayaking, crafting, reading, baking, and cooking.
