University Housing’s care packages are the perfect way to brighten your Badger’s day. Whether you want to celebrate a birthday, help your favorite student through a late night of studying, or send some healthy snacks, we’ve got you covered!
To order a care package for your Badger, simply place your order through our online shopping portal. Please allow three business days for care package orders.
Care Package Pick-Up Instructions
- Residence Hall Students: Your care package can be picked up at the nearest dining unit by your residence hall.
- Starbucks Packages: If a Starbucks care package is ordered, pick-up will be specifically at Starbucks on the selected date. If another package is ordered with Starbucks all items ordered will be for pick-up at Starbucks.
- Non-Residence Hall Students: Pick up your care package at the Gordon Dining & Event Center.
- Pick-Up Date: On the selected pick-up date, your student will receive an email notification with pick-up instructions to pick up after 4 PM.
- Pick-Up Window: If your student cannot pick up the care package on the selected date, it will remain available for 72 hours. After this time, the package will be discarded if it’s deemed unsafe to eat.
- Missing Confirmation Email? If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing the order, please contact us at carepackages@housing.wisc.edu or call (608) 262-0057.

Birthday Cake (1/4 Sheet) – $32.00
Our decorated, personalized birthday cake serves 12 people. Choose a chocolate, vanilla, or marble cake with chocolate or vanilla frosting. Plates and utensils are provided in a reusable shopping bag.
