Who is a Resident Manager?
Resident Managers (RM) are community members who are assigned to specific parts of the University Apartments neighborhoods to be a liaisons.
Community Center
Our Community Center is often the hub for social events and programs that bring neighbors together. Find out more about the services and features we offer and information on renting spaces.

Get Involved in University Apartments Assembly
UA Assembly address resident and community needs by working with staff to respond to community issues, making policy recommendations, and assisting in planning and implementing services and programs.
Outdoor Recreation & Community Gardens
Availability of green space for recreational activities is one of the greatest benefits of living in University Apartments. We are also lucky to have unique community gardens adjacent to Eagle Heights and University Houses.
