Our Staff Welcomes You
We are pleased to welcome you to our community and look forward to assisting you throughout your stay with us. Our staff are located in two primary locations–University Apartments Community Center and University Apartments Facilities Office. For open hours and locations of these offices, please see the sections below.
Administrative Staff
These staff are located in the front office in the University Apartments Community Center. They can assist you with anything from renting a space in the Community Center, to Leasing needs, to resolving a conflict with a neighbor.
Community Center Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Apartments Facilities Staff
These staff are located in the Apartments Facilities Office. They can assist you with maintenance questions and concerns and help get things fixed or repaired, if needed.

Resident Managers
The Resident Managers (RM) are community members who are assigned to specific parts of the University Apartments neighborhoods to be liaisons. In addition to serving a specific area of the community, they also rotate on-call responsibilities for the entire UA community. They are trained to provide after-hours assistance with lock-outs, programming for the community, help with community education efforts, assistance in resolving neighbor disputes, and referrals to campus resources. Your RM is a great resource for you, and you should feel welcome to call them for assistance or for help in getting to know your community better.

Eagle’s Wing Child Care Staff
These staff are located in the Eagle’s Wing Child Care Center, located in the University Apartments Community Center. These staff provide a variety of childcare programs for children ages 6 weeks – 8 years, Monday through Friday, year-round. Eagle’s Wing serves families from University Apartments, UW-Madison, and the surrounding community.
