We offer a full range of audio-visual support services for each event including projection, audio amplification, and video conferencing. Your event space may be furnished with a standard set of equipment depending on your room selection.

Additional technology options are available to add-on to your rental based on your needs.

Our equipment allows in-person and hybrid events to accommodate virtual participants.

Our staff will help you select the room and equipment best suited for your specific needs!

FAQ - Can I make changes to the event? If so, up to what day before event starts?

You can make changes up to a week prior to the event. Any changes within one week of the event will be assessed a $50 fee.

We’re here to make your event shine! Whether it’s a special reception, breakfast meeting, or a quick snack in between training sessions, we can create the perfect menu for you. We pay special attention to the details and pride ourselves on using local and fresh ingredients.

We have a variety of menu options and service plans including snacks, boxed lunches, buffet stations, plated dinners, hors d ‘oeuvres, desserts, and beverage services (including full premium bar selections).

FAQ - Can I bring my own food?

Because of state health code regulations, we are not able to allow outside food or release leftover food to you or your guests. We cannot ensure food safety beyond the period during which it is served in our controlled environment.

FAQ - Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?

Housing Catering has a registered dietitian on staff who can help navigate dietary needs your guests may have and provide alternative options.

With talented chefs on our staff, we can make just about anything to fit your event.

FAQ - How far in advance should I finalize my order?

We request at least two weeks’ notice for most events to ensure our ability to meet your needs. However, this advance notice time may vary with the time of year, especially during Welcome Week, graduation, and UW Homecoming. We would appreciate getting your reservation as soon as possible. We may be able to take your event on shorter notice, depending on its size and complexity. We are not able to take any events with less than three business days’ notice.

Along with your event request, we would like an estimated guest count. We ask for a five business day advance notice for your final guest count and any menu/event changes. If there are increases in your guest count less than five days ahead of time, we cannot guarantee full service and we may need to modify service arrangements. If your event is cancelled with less than four days’ notice, there may be a charge up to the full cost of the event.
