Waters Residence Hall Renovation

Phase One: May 2015 – August 2015

Phase Two: May 2016 – August 2016

Elizabeth Waters, built in 1940, has had extensive upgrades over the past several years. New windows, new electrical distribution systems with increased load capacity, renovated common bathrooms, new resident room furniture, and upgraded flooring all have enhanced this hall. A new heating system has also been installed. The new system improves individual room heat controls and saves energy.
