Catching Lobster Feels 🦞
Not only are we saying ‘bon voyage’ as the school year comes to an end and finals come into full swing, but we want to thank all of our amazing Housing Residents with a special and highly-anticipated Lobster Dinner at (almost) all markets* on Thursday, May 1, from 4pm – 8pm! Cracking stations will be available with our claw-some dining staff available to help.
*Liz’s Market will be serving Salmon & Steak

How to Crack a Lobster
Follow these steps to crack your lobster:
- TWIST: Twist off the tail, remove tail fins, & twist off both claws
- CLAWS: Pull claw apart, split claw with cracker, & pull out the meat (repeat on second claw)
- TAIL: Grab the tail & bend backwards to crack shell, use a fork to help push the meat through, & remove tail meat
- ENJOY!
