Cultural Linguistic Services is hosting computer labs to help UW–Madison employees with English as a second language, set up their new account in My Benefits.
All employees will need an account in My Benefits to enroll in benefits, review their benefits, and make changes to benefits information. This process requires a one-time account setup. At these computer labs, employees will receive help in setting up their account. This will help employees be ready to log in to My Insurance Benefits during Open Enrollment (October 6–13, 2025) and any other time they need to review or change benefits.
The computer labs will be offered in Spanish, Hmong, Tibetan, Chinese and Nepali. English instructions for setting up a My Benefits Account will also be coming soon, via email to all employees!
If interested, employees must sign up in advance through Housing HR office, in order to attend; these are no drop-in events. Space is limited to 20 per session, across all divisions.
Details to come on HR’s registration process.
