It’s 2026!  Visit Well Wisconsin portal, your home base for better health! 

Well Wisconsin is rooted in community, connection, and personalization. You can use the program to set health goals and stay motivated, try new methods of wellbeing, and join in on local activities with fellow Wisconsinites.

You can also earn rewards along the way! Employees, retirees, and their spouses enrolled in the Group Health Insurance Program can access Well Wisconsin resources at no additional cost. 

Important updates have been made to how participants earn the incentive in 2026. Participants canearn a $150 prepaid card by visiting their Well Wisconsin portal and completing a health assessment, health check, and well-being activity.

Employees, retirees, and their spouses enrolled in the Group Health Insurance Program are eligible to earn the incentive. 

New for 2026: Participants enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans are also eligible to earn the $150 incentive.

How It Works

 1. Complete the Health Assessment. Take WebMD ONE’s 15-minute questionnaire to get a personalized status report on your health.

Bonus: It will personalize your Well Wisconsin homepage with tools that support your specific goals.

2. Complete a Health Check. Complete one of the following options:

• Annual physical: Submit a health care provider form.
• Biometric Screening: Attend an onsite screening OR submit self-collection materials.
• WebMD coaching session: One call or a series of online messaging interactions via Coach Connect.

3. Complete a Well-Being Activity. Choose the activity that fits in best with your wellness journey.
