Transfer Offers Resume October 1

Interested in transferring to a different apartment? Convenience transfers to one-bedroom and standard two-bedroom apartments at Eagle Heights, Harvey Street and University Houses resume October 1.

To be considered, please submit a transfer application through your MyUW Housing account. The leasing team will prioritize transfer applications and will contact you by email if an apartment matching your preferences becomes available.

Looking for a three-bedroom? These apartments are limited and do not become available often, but we encourage you to submit an application and we’ll reach out if one becomes available.

Please Plan ahead: Convenience transfers for most apartment types are paused May 1–September 30 each year. Consider transferring between October 1 and the end of April.

Apartments Available for Immediate Leasing!

Do you know a graduate student looking to live at University Apartments? We currently have a small number of apartments available for immediate leasing:

• 2 Harvey Street one-bedroom apartments
• 1 unfurnished one-bedroom apartments in the 100s
• 1 furnished one-bedroom apartments in the 100s

These apartments are available only to single (non-family) enrolled UW–Madison graduate students.

Know someone who may be interested? Please encourage them to create a MyUW Housing account and submit an application. Once we receive their application, they will be added to the waitlist and contacted by email if an apartment matching their preferences becomes available.
