As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that we’re serving you the best we can, we are conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for the fall semester between October 8 – November 26.
Everyone who completes this survey will be entered for a chance to win $100 deposit to their student account! Our multiple winners will be notified after the survey deadline.
Once at the site, you will be asked to enter a login code. Check your @wisc.edu email for your personal login code!
