This summer, Gordon Dining & Event Center began a series of renovations designed to improve the customer experience, with expanded seating, better flow, dish room upgrades, and an updated Flamingo Run convenience store/cafe. Work on these improvements continues into the fall, and you will see some areas that are still unfinished or temporarily closed.

The Flamingo Run location in Gordon will be closed until later this fall. For convenience items, meal exchanges, and groceries, please visit the Flamingo Run in Chadbourne Residence Hall, located just two blocks from Gordon at 420 N. Park St. Another Flamingo Run is located in Dejope Residence Hall in the Lakeshore neighborhood, and the Wisconsin Union also offers a variety of dining/grab ’N’ go locations across campus where Flex Dining Dollars, meal exchanges, and Wiscard payments are accepted.

We apologize for any disruption, and we thank you for your understanding. University Housing is dedicated to providing you with an exceptional dining experience, and we’re excited to unveil the rest of our Gordon improvements later this year!
