As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that we’re serving you the best we can, we are conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey between March 1 and April 15. Residence Hall residents who complete this survey will be entered for a chance to win $100 deposit to their student account!
Once at the site, you will be asked to enter a login code. Be sure to check your @wisc.edu email for your personal survey code!
ALL RESPONSES ARE CONFIDENTIAL. This login code is only used to let us know who has participated so that an incentive may be provided. Your survey responses will go directly to an independent third party research firm and your identity will not be associated with your responses.
