Humphrey is a small community similar to the Kronshage Residence Hall buildings, housing 76 residents in the beautiful Lakeshore neighborhood. This area is a favorite of many student athletes pursuing the rowing teams or any sort of running-based sport, as it is located right next door to the Porter Boathouse and right along the Lakeshore Path (which is a quick connection to the Southeast neighborhood by foot or bicycle). Humphrey residents are also near both Carson’s Market and Four Lakes Market (two of five dining markets on campus), which provide many dining options throughout the week. Residents will also find that they are in close proximity to the engineering campus and Camp Randall Stadium, which makes for quick commutes on football Saturdays.
